วัตถุประสงค์มูลนิธิฯ

เพื่อให้การช่วยเหลือด้านการศึกษา เผยแพร่ความรู้ทั้งทางด้านวิชาการและประสบการณ์ การฝึกฝนอบรมแก่ลูกจ้าง ตลอดจนเผยแพร่สารคดีเกี่ยวกับวิชาการด้านแรงงาน การแรงงานสัมพันธ์ และการพัฒนาแรงงาน
เพื่อให้การช่วยเหลือด้านกฎหมายและสวัสดิการแก่ผู้ใช้แรงงาน
เพื่อจัดตั้งสถาบันการค้นคว้าให้ผู้ใช้แรงงานได้ทำการค้นคว้า เพื่อให้เกิดความก้าวหน้า และความมั่นคงของผู้ใช้แรงงาน
เพื่อร่วมมือกับองค์กรแรงงาน และสถาบันอื่นๆ ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมแรงงาน ทั้งนี้ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมือง
เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจและมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาสื่อมวลชนประเภทต่างๆ เพื่อประโยชน์แก่ผู้ใช้แรงงานและสาธารณชน

THE OBJECTIVE OF AROM PONGPA-NGAN FOUNDATION-LABOUR RESOURCE CENTRE

Promote the study on labour issues, dissemination of information, exchange of experiences on organizing and campaigning for industrial democracy, training workers on labour relations and formation of labour unions.
Support for legal aid and struggle for workers’ rights and welfare and better working conditions.
To establish a research institute for promotion of workers’ education and social awareness to encourage their participation in development of the welfare and solidarity among workers.
Cooperation with others labour organizations and institutions which pursue similar objectives.
To Promote Knowledge and Understanding as well as Media Development Participation For the Benefits of Workers and the Public in General
